The Running Game Tactic
The goal of the Running Game plan is to lure all your checkers into your home board and get them off as quickly as you can. This strategy concentrates on the speed of moving your checkers with no time spent to hit or block your competitor’s chips. The ideal time to use this strategy is when you believe you can move your own pieces faster than your opponent does: when 1) you have a fewer checkers on the board; 2) all your chips have past your opponent’s chips; or 3) the opposing player does not employ the hitting or blocking plan.
The Blocking Game Strategy
The primary aim of the blocking technique, by its name, is to block your competitor’s checkers, temporarily, while not fretting about moving your checkers quickly. As soon as you’ve established the blockade for the competitor’s movement with a couple of checkers, you can move your other pieces rapidly off the board. The player will need to also have a good strategy when to back off and move the chips that you utilized for blocking. The game gets interesting when your opponent utilizes the same blocking technique.
